Gift Bags

This last Solstice celebration, Anali my daughter made a few reusable gift bags.  I liked the idea so much that I made a few.  These are the latest group.  The last one is for the daughter of one of my fellow employees who is almost 3.

B is for Butterfly

This one is mine.  I used my Sizzix embossing folder over the butterfly images.

Unsigned...I have to find out which of the other two swappers this belongs to!!
Here is the latest in the rolodex swap.  B is for butterfly.  Jerri also did her C is for country as well...but no sneak peek!  That would be cheating!

ATCs International February Theme Rainbows and Blue

The small picture in the top left corner is of ruby slippers, hard to tell with the glitter

This is my blue themed ATC.  I used a small HERO ARTS stamp that I have had for years and never had the right project for it until now (that is my story and I'm sticking to it!!)
I have been thinking about these themes all month and today it was time to finish them up to send to my trading partner.  This group is a great group with lots of posting and interesting topics.  It makes it easy to keep up and participate as you only have to make one ATC per month.  There usually is an optional additional ATC as well.  These really don't do the finished product justice....but I need to send them off....no time to wait for natural sunlight!

Fun Stampin Up Night at Sunny's House

I love the embossing folder as a frame around this card.  The pot is made from a tag punch.  GREAT IDEA!

I always look at the beautiful selection of wide ribbons however I never know how to use them.  This is a great way to add ribbon and very easy too.

My husband liked this one the best which is no surprise being a bird watcher and naturalist.  I of course had to buy the paper and stamp.  The tag punch at the top is the one we cut apart to make the flower pot in the first card.
Monday was SU night and we made some really nice cards.  Everyone of them were a style I like with a new idea in each one.

Jewelry

I am really not much of a photographer anyway however Jewelry really puts my skill (or lack there of) to the test.  These are a few pieces I made recently.  The cat bracelet I made quite awhile ago and caught it on something and it broke apart.  It has been patiently waiting for me to fix it.

ATC Jams

Jan Wills:  Background, Brenda Berchey:  Bon Voyage, Joan Northwood:  Postage, stars and arrow.

Jan Wills: Background and Eiffel Tower Stamp, Nicole Keller: Paris stamp, Rose, Lady stamp, LindaLee Smith: French Flag

Elaine Birg, Gail Field, Jan Wills: measurine tape
I belong to this group on yahoo and I love all the surprises that land in my mailbox! It is a round-robin  and three different people work on one piece then send it on.  The first person sends a background, the other two work on it and send it back.  It is great to have all these miniature pieces of art floating all around the world and returning home completed.  The three that are pictured are my current favorites.  Under the pic. are the names of the artists who worked on them.

Needs some work "RE-DO"

So.... I like this card better.  The pink ribbon on the first version was way over the top.  I am at the point on this that I need to put it away and stop looking at it.  It is weird, some projects you start off with a certain "look" in mind and when it doesn't turn out the way you invisioned...well I guess it is time to move on! LOL
