Well this was sure an experiment. Homemade egg noodles. We added them to chicken noodle soup. They turned out REALLY FAT!! I kept trying to roll them thinner but they kept springing back. I was afraid the noodles would be like rubber bands from over working the dough so I let them be fat this time. However they did taste very yummy. The recipe I used suggested letting them dry for 4 hours however several other recipes did not require the drying time.

I do have a pasta machine however....I use it for FIMO!! So if I decide to make this a habit pasta machines are pretty reasonable in price. I guess I will see... |

I used a metal dish drainer I had to hang the pasta.
