Mallory's Quilt...All finished!

I had a picture of this quilt almost finished...now it is totally done!  Mallory came for a visit and we took a few pictures. It is a queen sized quilt. I hand quilted the WHOLE THING! I don't know what possessed me.
The pattern is called court house steps.

Yarn Wreaths

My oldest daughter showed me some similar wreaths that are popular on Etsy. It took me quite a while to find the right size styrofoam wreath base.  I looked at every JoAnns and Michaels for several weeks until I finally found them. I guess "wreath making" is popular!  My daughter Mallory made the first wreath.  She is quite the Halloween fan.  She makes all sorts of different wreaths with flowers etc.  The second one is mine.  I think it needs something else but I had to finally put it aside today to ponder exactly what else I wanted to add.

Two different yarns are used on this with rolled flowers and of course alittle bling. I bought the cabachon on line.

Love this knobby yarn.

This is a spellbinders rose die.  I used white felt and colored it with ink.

Fun night at Sunny's House

Even though I am not a member of the group any longer I went to Sunny's house to play on Tuesday.  Very fun!  Such a wonderful group of women.  Here are the cards we made.

Isn't this a happy card?  The edge is a bookmark.

Love the vintage look of this card and the tone on tone.

I  guest designed this card.

P is for Postal

There were some great ideas in this swap. I really like the mail truck and I didn't even think of using an envelope.  Sunny and I must have been on the same wave length with the Paris theme.  I think I saw her rolodex before I made mine but I didn't remember it was a Paris theme and blue...but obviously I did in my subconscious! Copy catter!

Mine

Gretchen...isn't her little trademark cat stamp cute?
