Mermaid ATC

SO........I am sure no one else but me has ever purchased something not knowing what you were going to use it for.  I do that endlessly...however this ATC shows that you just never know when that "bad habit" will pay off.  This is for my ATC International swap.

The beautiful sparkle in the back is "hot fix" fibers that you iron between parchment paper.  I found this vintage advertisement on the copyright free site.  The scales are made from the same fibers.  I punched out a flower and cut the petals up then glued them on.  I like the 3 D effect.
