These ATCs are for my partner at ATC International. The theme is hats with an optional extra color theme ATC. The color ATC had to have a lavender and green color scheme.

| This stamp is from a retired SU set. I originally just stamped the woman however it looked a bit naked so I added Tim Holtz tissue tape. |

| This is a Penguin Pants set "Wine Country". I suppose I cheated on this one as the color is technically "purple" and I did add in the burgundy for the other accents. |

| It is Lilac Festival time in Spokane even though the lilacs won't be blooming until next month! This ATC captures the spirit of the festival. |
