Trio of Scary Tree

I got on a kick with this stamp.  I really like the variety of looks.  I used a new Spellbinders label that works well with the shape of the stamp I think.

The punch is a Martha Stewart punch.

This is the new spellbinders die. The background paper is a DCWV small matting halloween pack.

This is the same Spellbinders die turned the other way.

Cats are so funny!

So...this is just an ordinary paper bag...or is it??

Look closely....

VIOLA!!!  A SILLY CAT!  I think humans could learn a lesson about having fun from cats.

Jack Halloween Card

I saw this digi stamp on SCS and ordered it immediately!!  I watercolored the image and used a Martha Stewart punch and a great spider paper I have been saving. See...you never know when you will use those special papers that you just had to have! This is really an oversized card.

This Jack stamp is the "frame Jack" from Sassy Studio Designs.

Halloween Cards

Played all evening yesterday!! FUN, FUN, FUN!!  it is a rainy day today so I am planning continuing the craft room festival of fun.  Here are 3 new cards.  I have others that are drying and not put together as yet. You know me...always have to add a bit of sparkle.

This is a new single stamp from the current SU mini catalog.  I used the spellbinder pumkin for the mat. The background is an older SU bitty boo background.

I don't know which color I prefer.  This is a crazy cool Inkadinkado clear stamp...look carefully at the bat!  The spider background is a Tim Holtz embossing folder and a sparkle spider from the Michaels brand embellishment set.

Which color do you prefer???

Halloween Fabric Postcard

HI!  Finally a long stretch of time to do some crafting.  With halloween just around the corner (and one of my favorite holidays!!) I have been having fun creating all sorts of halloween themed cards and etc.  This is a fabric postcard (which is a bit tardy, need to mail it off pronto!). This is a digi stamp from McMahon 5 design.  I printed it on the special ink jet paper then ironed it on to the fabric.  It is really fun working with fabric.  I have enjoyed dusting off the old sewing machine and creating again.

No crafting time recently.

Well all my spare time has involved painting and staining. We are remodeling our larger bathroom...making progress.  Hope to get some craft time in on Wed. on my day off.  Here are some destruction pics.

The tub is the last part of the "Blue Bathroom".  When we are done it will be re-covered in porcelin to white.

This is where the old cabinet was...obviously have more painting to do!!
